Here at DandR Design & Vinyl Werx, we want you to enjoy your purchase. For this reason, we insist on your satisfaction. If you feel you received something that you were not expecting, please notify us right away (24hrs from delivery).

Although we inspect our work before shipping, if you find any defects, please notify us within 7 days of you receiving your purchase. We would like the opportunity to make it right. Contact us by email dandrdesign6775@gmail.com or use link on our page.

Some personalized items are excepted with this policy. Personalized items will be considered for refund or exchange if due to DandR Designs mistake.

Exchanges are on a case by case basis. Please contact us right away if there is a problem.

Returns for product not due to DandR Designs mistakes, are the responsibility of the customer. 

Refund processing time is up to 5 days.
