Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) except for special project request. Processing times for these types of order will be estimated at the time of accepting such request. For any other internal delays DandR Designs & Vinyl Werx will communicate with you via email or by phone.

After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping delays are subject to change, based on volume of orders, or any carrier delays out of our control.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. We reserve the right to use other shipping options if necessary.

$115.00 - UP $18.50 (Economy 5-8 Days)

Oversize $11.50 (Economy 5-8 Days)

Decals & Stickers $3.50 domestic shipping via USPS.

Shipping upgrade requests will be billed separately.

Some specialty items have special rates due to their size and/or weight. Please confirm shipping rates are acceptable before finalizing your purchase.

* All NON-HTV items - Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of check-out. HTV items are identified by the letters "HTV" in the item description.

Local delivery

We currently only offer very limited local delivery for special orders ONLY. Inquire at the time of placing of Special Order.

In-store pickup

We currently do not offer local pick-up.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at dandrdesign6775@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

If shipping to a PO Box select only USPS.

Here at DandR Design & Vinyl Werx, we want you to enjoy your purchase. For this reason, we insist on your satisfaction. If you feel you received something that you were not expecting, please notify us right away.
